Refund vs Fraud/Scam
I ordered Dallas Diehard v3 sneakers, US11 size back on November 5, 2017 for $76.69 and have NOT received product nor NO REFUND. I have reached out through their email helpdesk@***.com and not getting a response and their website is down.
I am going through all channels to get a refund, through credit card dispute, BBB, emails, complaints, and bad reviews until I am contacted and refunded in full for the $76.69 or immediately shipped the product. OkNext is appearing to be a scam/fraud because they have taken down their website and will not respond to emails.

Made an order for two pair of Dallas Cowboys sneakers for 128.00 in October 22, 2017 and it March 9, 2019 and I still have not received my order. I left messages,tried calling and no answer. “Thieves”
Ok next shoes do NOT buy from them!!
I ordered a pair of shoes in December and still have not received them. When I call it is all automated. I also have sent numerous emails and no response.

My order number is 83042. I have not received my order yet. When I check to see if they have shipped my order. The message always say in production.
I have call several time and I get a automated system. I have filled out a form twice letting them know I have not received my order. No one has responded.
I need someone to respond to let me know where my order is or give me a refund. This wrong and not professional.
I also order my Dallas cowboys and Houston Texans shoes on 10/28 and till this day is the same as you no response my order is in production all I want is my money back so much for Christmas gifts

Unsatisfied in the worst way
I ordered a pair of Dallas sneakers my daughter seen on Facebook and wanted for Christmas,so I ordered them for her on September 14,plenty of time before Christmas. Paid $65.84,I never received a order number,so I waited for them to come in the mail,I started getting worried in November,but by December very concerned,so I tried to call them,all I got was recorded message,then I started to email,been doing that almost every day with no answer.On Christmas morning she was sad that they were not under the tree OH I paid by debit and the money was taken out of my account and I don't know what to do,I'm so upset.but what really *** me off is that they will not answer me.
Never got my shoes
My boyfriend ordered me the dallas diehard shoes Sept. 9,2017 and its now Nov.
12,2017. I would love to have my shoes. But i guess the website is a scam.
Ive emailed them multiple times and tried to call but wont let you talk to someone. Ill never refer them to anyone!
Did not receive my order
I ordered Dallas cowboys shoes on 9/14/17 and still have not received them.Did not receive an order number and have not heard anything from anyone.I have sent emails,called and only get a recording,I want to get an answer,this is not a good way to run a business.I am extremely unhappy

I ordered Dallas Diehard shoes on Sept. 26, 2917.
It is now Nov. 8, 2917& I have not received the shoes. I have emailed, called the company and have received absolutely no reply! Every time I check on my order it says 'in production'.
I am absolutely frustrated because I in good faith paid $71.00 for the shoes and this company had no trouble in taking my money yet they don't have the common courtesy to answer my emails or phone call!! Something needs to be done. I read where the CEO is retired Air Force---my husband is retired Air Force and I can't believe a CEO would allow this to happen to people.
I need some answers! I am 70 years old and have never, ever been treated this way.

Wrong Shoes!!
I placed an order on may 18,2017 for a pair of shoes,never got a return email/receipt or tracking number...sent numerous emails through all the different contacts for over a month...finally someone named Wanda responded back saying my order had got lost and they could re ship or send a refund,I opted to have them re shipped as I really wanted the shoes...so almost 3 weeks later I finally got them to have them be the wrong ones...not the ones on the picture the night I ordered so again I sent an email explaining this and that I would like to send back to exchange,after days they finally got back with me and asked me to send a picture of the shoes I received so I did then they messaged me back saying according to the receipt those were the shoes I ordered and they asked me to send a copy of my receipt which I could not because I never received one...they sent me a copy of theirs and it looked right except for the picture of the shoes...if I had got that receipt with that picture I would have immediately messaged back and cancelled my order because I never would have ordered the shoes they sent...now all I'm asking to do is exchange and Wanda said she would get back with me last Friday and it's been a week ago and I have heard nothing...I just want to know how to return for exchange...have sent numerous emails with no response!! I am a very nice and patient person but this is rediculous...I am very disappointed in this company!!
Oknext.com is a Scam
On June 15, 2017 I purchased a pair of Cleveland Indians Sneakers online from ok next. Today is August 20, 2017 and I still haven't been delivered the sneakers.
I was never issued a tracking number via email within 15 days of placing my order either. I've tried to call them and everything is automated I cannot talk to a real person when I call. I'm going to call the better business bureau and my attorney and sue this company although I do believe they are internet scammers. They claim it takes so long because each pair is hand crafted and not mass produced!
These people should be in jail for taking our hard earned money and I'm a big tribe fan as well. May God have mercy on them.

Its been 58 days since I placed my order. I cant get any help in finding it, yet they have my 79 dollars.
I try to go to the so called tracking site and it wont come up. I got these for my daughters birthday but that day has come and gone.
Im going on my Facebook page where I saw their ad to begin with and let every know not to order from them. Im retired and 79 dollars is a lot of money to me.

I placed an order with them in September, 2017. Each time you try and call 800 number, you get a busy signal.
I too feel this is a scam. Pissed off, and want my money refunded.

I had placed an order back in November and emailed them, tried calling to talk to someone and got nothing, no email or live representative. I've even asked for a refund and nothing.
